For both families and companies, a tipping trailer is a great asset and a real timesaver. Made from high-quality materials, the tipping trailer is just as capable as any of our products at carrying heavy loads on long trips.
What makes this model so effective is that the trailer’s tipping system can be made using manual or electric winches and hydraulic ram systems. These systems are well-suited for heavy loads and usually built on a tandem axle trailer. The drawbar tipper arrangement is great for moving heavy vehicles like golf buggies, riding lawn mowers and mobility scooters. And like any trailer, the tipper model is just as effective at moving heavy loads like sand, soil, mulch and rubbish.
Hydraulic Tipping Trailers
These trailers are required when moving and tipping heavy loads, making them a popular choice for builders who need to move materials like sand or soil. We use a 4-ton rated ram for all hydraulic tipper trailers as well as an electric motor and battery pack for maximum output on the road.
These trailers are available in various sizes and side wall heights. The tipper’s gross trailer mass (GTM) is a standard 2,000 kilograms with mechanical brakes, but we can easily upgrade this to a total of 3,500 kilograms.
Available sizes: 8×5, 10×5
Winch Tipping Trailers
Unlike the Hydraulic Tipping Trailer, the Winch Tipper model uses a manual or electric winch to lift the box. The Winch Tipper is a cheaper alternative for moving the same heavy loads as a hydraulic tipper, but it is limited to tipping a total weight of 1,200 kilograms.
Being so light, these trailers can be made as a single axle or tandem axle design, depending on your specific needs. Tipping trailers are available in various sizes and side wall heights. Its gross trailer mass (GTM) can vary depending on personal requirements. As for axle design, the single axles can be upgraded up to 1,500 kilograms while the tandem axle can be set up to 2,000 kilograms.
Available sizes: 7×5, 8×5
Drawbar Tipping Trailers
These trailers can be based on any size of a single axle box trailer. The drawbar is made with a hinge system, so once the locking pin is opened, the trailer will angle down to help unload material like sand, soil and rubbish.
These trailers have also become very popular for anyone who needs to move heavy equipment like golf buggies, riding lawn mowers and other small vehicles. With the tipping drawbar and a small tailgating ramp, loading and unloading is easy enough that a single person can get it done.
